*The olive tree in
Gaza: Ms Sobhiya Al-Amour (50) facing an Israeli bulldozer. This bulldozer
had earlier destroyed two Palestinian houses. In the picture it is digging
up her field of olive trees. Thousands of olive trees were uprooted since
the beginning of the Intifada as a collective punishment to the Palestinians.
* The boy in Jerusalem:

* The challenge in Ramallah: A Palestinian young man confronting

* Taking pictures in Hebron: The Israeli army went on the rampage
in the Palestinian city of Hebron. A Palestinian resistance fighter confronted
the invading foreign army. He was killed one day before the Muslim feast.
The Israeli soldiers who shot him in his own street are posing beside his
body unaware that a photogragher was near by. We ask you how would you
feel if this Palestinian was your own brother, what would you do?

crying over the body of her baby girl. Gharam Menaa 18 months old baby
was "gased" to death. The Israeli army was enforcing a curfew in the city
of Hebron using concentrated tear gas. The highly toxic tear gas resulted
in death of Gharam, hospitals officials said. |
